The column installation can be completed from left to right in 3 days, and then the truss installation can be carried out, Under smooth conditions, the installation can be completed in two days. Then install the gutter herringbone beam. The herringbone beam is generally installed directly on the gutter after being assembled on the ground. Generally, it can be assembled in 2-3 days. The next step is the installation of the external sunshade framework, which can be installed in 2-3 days. Therefore, generally speaking, the main installation of the greenhouse can be completed in about 12 days.

The third step is the installation of the external shading and internal insulation system of the greenhouse. Like the greenhouse hanging wheel and A-type gear, they are generally installed before the truss is installed on the ground, mainly the layout of the curtain line, the installation of the driving rod and the push-pull rod. The shading and insulation system can be installed in about 6 days.

The fourth part is for the installation of top covering materials. Firstly, the aluminum profile of the top sunlight plate can be installed. At the same time, the surrounding beams can be installed. The main purpose is to determine the size and customize the glass in advance. Because the glass processing takes a certain time, the installation of the aluminum profile of the top covering and surrounding beams takes about 4-5 days.

After these works are completed, the glass around is generally finished. The installation of fan water curtain and side window can be completed in about 3 days. Then the glass enters the site for glass installation. The glass is generally installed by scaffold. According to the height of 4-6m, the installation time is generally about 5 days.

The last is the commissioning of the greenhouse. Generally, the commissioning can be completed in 2 days, waiting for acceptance.
