Many vegetable farmers and agricultural companies will face some large and small precautions in the use process when the greenhouse is built. Then our greenhouse users need to learn these precautions in advance. Only when they know all the systems and accessories of the greenhouse can they use the greenhouse better.

1. The covering material of the greenhouse is non combustible, which will not contribute to the spread of the fire, but attention should also be paid to fire prevention. It is best to have necessary fire-fighting facilities near the greenhouse.

2. The structural part of the greenhouse shall not be subjected to violent collision and impact. If they are impacted by external force, they shall be pulled out and repaired in time.

3. The covering material of the greenhouse shall not be damaged by binding, scratching and hanging of the mirror.

4. It is strictly prohibited to store and use chemicals and preparations such as acid and alkali that have a corrosive effect on the structure or pollute the severity of environmental problems in the greenhouse, so as to avoid such corrosion on the structural parts and covering materials of the greenhouse.

5. Avoid direct contact between PVC, PC and other materials and the film: sulfur pesticides or sulfur compounds will cause aging and corrosion of polyethylene film.

6. The actual greenhouse temperature shall be set by the user according to their own needs, but the indoor temperature shall not be lower than 4 ° C in high latitude (or winter), otherwise it is easy to cause freezing of indoor equipment.

7. The greenhouse ventilation system (top window, side window, door, etc.) shall be closed in time to avoid accidents such as film or ventilation damage and plant damage due to typhoon weather.

8. The power supply voltage in the greenhouse must meet the requirements of the equipment. If it is too high or too low (> ± 5%), the equipment will not work normally or even be damaged.

9. Most of the motors in the greenhouse are three-phase motors. During installation, the adjustment of each phase switch and the wiring of the motor shall be subject to three-phase. If the main power line needs to be readjusted for some reason during use, pay special attention to that the three phases are the same as before adjustment. If the phases are different, the following phenomena will occur: the motor will move in reverse during operation, but cannot move in both directions after stopping. At this time, adjust the phase sequence of the main power supply and adjust the safety limit switch to restore normal operation.

10. The deceleration control motor and rolling shutter motor for greenhouse are suitable for intermittent working and living conditions. Frequent project startup or use should be avoided, otherwise it is easy to cause serious damage.

11. For the height of plants (or objects) in the greenhouse, the distance from the roof of the indoor sunshade system shall not be less than 200mm. When there is an internal sunshade system, the distance from the sunshade shall not be less than 50mm, otherwise it is easy to damage the roof or sunshade.
