Top herringbone beam

The top structure of the industry standard is aluminum alloy herringbone beam. The herringbone beam is pressed from hollow aluminum, with good sealing, no rust, firm structure and light weight. Aluminum products meet the standard. The spacing of aluminum alloy herringbone beams at the top is one meter, and the two ends are densified to 0.5m. The length of the herringbone beam is determined according to the span of our greenhouse. The width of the conventional triangular spire is 4m and 3.0m. The top glass is usually 4mm or 5mm single-layer tempered glass.

Wall aluminum profile

Exposed frame 60 series aluminum alloy profiles are used for wall aluminum profiles, which are composed of bottom plate, pressing plate and gusset plate. The bottom plate is fixed on the steel column of the wall through the drill tail wire, which mainly plays the role of fixing the stress. The pressing plate is used to fix the insulating glass on the bottom frame. Therefore, the pressing plate is a small piece of 10 cm, and the gusset plate is used to fasten the bottom plate and the pressing plate to seal. The wall glass is mostly covered with insulating glass, including 4 + 9A + 4, 5 + 6A + 5 and other models. The design of 5mm single-layer tempered glass covering is also adopted around the southern region.
